Relapse Prevention

Relapse Prevention

This outpatient treatment group provides a safe and supportive learning environment for persons recovering from substance use disorders. This service is ideal for those who have already completed other treatment programs and need continuing care or for those who have had some recovery success but struggle with relapse.

The group meets for 90 minutes once a week. The new member is asked to commit to attending 12 consecutive groups/weeks. Attendance beyond 12 weeks is permissible and encouraged if continued support is needed.

Individuals may be admitted to this program by referral from others levels of care in our continuum or they may be admitted after an evaluation from one of our certified substance use disorder treatment staff.

For more details about this level of care or any other addiction service in our continuum, please call 866.852.4001.

Special occasions and holidays may be a difficult time for those in recovery. Give yourself and those you love the best gift ever: continued recovery through sobriety. –Tips for Avoiding a Relapse.
