Aaron Culley, LMSW
Aaron earned a bachelor’s in Social Work and Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa in 2013. He also earned his Masters of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis in 2014. Aaron’s initial experience was in a residential substance abuse setting and an inpatient mental health unit. He attained an International Alcohol and Drug Counseling Certification (IADC) during this time. Since this experience, he has transitioned into a healthcare management role and received his Master of Healthcare Administration from Des Moines University in 2018.
Aaron aims to create an environment where those around him feel like they can be themselves, in an honest and safe manner. He appreciates genuine interactions and attempts to connect with all individuals that he spends time with, furthering that genuine interaction.
Aaron recognizes that a safe and open environment can simply provide for some of the most meaningful conversations, in a counseling or non-counseling setting. He is committed to hearing the passions, pursuits, struggles and worries of those he works with, ultimately allowing everyone to create their own road-map to health, while providing well thought-out questions and feedback.
In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, serving at his church, running, biking and swimming.
