Jessaca Wan, LMSW
Jessaca Wan is a licensed social worker who has experience working with adults in the public mental health system. Jessaca worked for seven years, prior to joining Pine Rest, with adults with severe mental illness. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Grand Valley State University.
She participates in the dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) program at the Northwest Clinic. She has experience working with adults who have borderline personality disorder and who have self harming and suicidal behaviors. Jessaca also has training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which has broad applications for anxiety, depression, and other diagnosis.
Jessaca’s interest areas are: sexuality and gender identity issues, addictions, adjustment and life transition issues, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders.
