Please note, events such as support groups, classes and art exhibits are not held on major holidays.

    These groups support individuals who are struggling with addiction, 18 years or older, helping them with early core recovery skills, relapse prevention skills, building support networks, managing difficult emotions and behaviors, and other skills necessary to secure and maintain recovery.

    Adolescent Healthy Living Group

    Pine Rest Christian Counseling Center, Grand Rapids MI

    The Adolescent Healthy Living Group is a program offered through Pine Rest designed to meet the needs of teens 13 years and older who are struggling with depression, anxiety or mood regulation problems.

    The Family and Friends Class is a brief, 4-session educational series offered through Pine Rest's Northwest Clinic; designed to increase understanding of Borderline Personality Disorder and equip family and friends with tools for coping effectively.

    These groups support individuals who are struggling with addiction, 18 years or older, helping them with early core recovery skills, relapse prevention skills, building support networks, managing difficult emotions and behaviors, and other skills necessary to secure and maintain recovery.

    Designed for adults engaged in therapy and working to learn healthy coping strategies. This group will provide additional support to learn coping skills and to better manage life's challenges.

    Postpartum Adjustment Group (Grand Haven)

    North Ottawa Community Hospital, Grand Haven MI

    If you are struggling with lack of sleep, feeding issues, feeling overwhelmed, loss of appetite, feeling isolated or alone, increased anxiety and/or feelings of guilt or sadness, please attend this group. There is no charge.

    Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, Grand Rapids MI

    Designed to meet the needs of individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or mood regulation problems, this Adult Healthy Living Group is held weekly on Mondays at Pine Rest's Campus Clinic.

    This group provides therapy, education and support for moms who are struggling with sleep issues, feeling overwhelmed, feeling isolated or alone, having increased anxiety, feeling guilt, sadness or irritability during the postpartum period.
