Pine Rest provides treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and paternal depression at all levels of care, including postpartum support groups, outpatient counseling and therapy, partial hospitalization (day) programs and inpatient hospitalization.

Mother and Baby Intensive Day Program

Only one of three like it in the United States when started in 2012, the Mother and Baby Program provides daily treatment for postpartum depression, anxiety and other perinatal mood disorders in an environment which enhances mother-baby bonding. Our program includes a nursery, allowing mothers to bring their babies with them to treatment.

You can reduce your risk by making a plan and working with our staff to learn the warning signs of PMAD, identify and strengthen your resources, learn what actions you can take to boost health and reduce risk and get information on postpartum community resources.
