Getting Started

Use the video scheduling tool to get started. We’ll check your insurance to make sure this is a covered service for you and set up your first appointment.

During the video scheduling call, we will need to take a screen shot of your driver’s license and insurance card, so please have those ready.

If you would like to test your connection before calling, use the BlueJeans Test Link and download the app to your device. When the test window opens, you’ll see Jean the BlueJeans cartoon parrot who will help you check to make sure your microphone and video are working properly.

Preparing for your first appointment

We’ve outlined step-by-step instructions you’ll need to take leading up to your first appointment and what to bring to your first teletherapy session.

This will help us provide quality behavioral health services, assure seamless payment by your insurance provider and help make you as comfortable and prepared as possible during your first appointment.
